Revenue Systems

Marketing that doesn't reach revenue is theater. Impressions, engagement, coverage — I've delivered all of it for twenty-five years, and none of it matters if it dies before the invoice. So I build the whole chain, and I instrument every link: Funnels → Pipeline → CRM → Automation → Revenue.

Funnels: the right offer, in front of the right audience, with one clear next step — and every stage instrumented, because a funnel you can't measure is a story you're telling yourself.

Pipeline: marketing's job doesn't end at the lead. It ends when sales says "these are good and there are enough of them." I build the handoff — definitions both teams actually agree to, routing that doesn't drop people, and follow-up that happens in minutes, not Mondays.

CRM: the revenue system's source of truth, treated with the same discipline I give a production website. Clean data in, ownership defined, nothing important living in someone's inbox. A dirty CRM doesn't just hide revenue — it manufactures bad decisions at scale.

Automation: it amplifies whatever it's built on — a good system or a mess, impartially. So the process gets fixed first, then automated. Revenue-touching automation runs under my strictest change controls, with rollback paths and a paper trail.

Revenue: attribution honest enough to act on. Not a dashboard that flatters marketing — a number finance would sign. That's the standard, because that's the number that keeps marketing in the room where budgets are decided.

Where revenue leaks: chains fail at the joints, not the links. I look first at the marketing-to-sales handoff, at unworked leads that were paid for and quietly abandoned, at dirty CRM data making every downstream number fiction, and at automation layered on broken process. Find the leak, fix the joint, then optimize — in that order.

A note on numbers: a revenue figure appears on this site only when I can defend it in an interview without blinking. I'd rather you trust the rule than admire a number. Revenue Systems is what my systems are for; AI Operations is how I run them safely at today's speed. Most marketers can show you one. The value is in the connection.
