I'm a marketing executive and AI growth systems architect with 25+ years in the work. My career runs in three acts, and the through-line is the same in all of them: build the thing properly.

FOUNDER — I founded Professional Marketing Solutions and ran it for seventeen years. Not managed — owned: P&L, payroll, hiring, media buying, account strategy, client services, public relations, crisis communications, and the business development that kept all of it fed. Our clients spanned tourism, healthcare, hospitality, attractions, legal, consumer products, and technology — seventeen years of learning that every industry believes it's different, and every industry grows on the same fundamentals: be found, be trusted, be chosen.

ENTERPRISE OPERATOR — I moved inside enterprise organizations, including Acro, Solera, Alight, and Capital Campaign Pro, and deliberately expanded from communications into the revenue machinery: CRM, automation, marketing operations, demand generation, AI, customer journeys, revenue systems, and executive communications. The earned media kept landing — The New York Times, Bloomberg, TechCrunch, Fast Company, USA Today — but the bigger education was learning how revenue actually moves through an enterprise, and where it leaks. I've been recognized by organizations like PRSA and HSMAI, but the real win is the trust of the brands, executives, and teams I've helped grow.

BUILDER — Today I design AI-enabled marketing systems that connect strategy, AI, websites, customer journeys, CRM, automation, governance, quality control, and executive communications into one operating whole. Rather than producing isolated campaigns, I build repeatable operating systems that help organizations grow — and run them under real governance: change control, human review, verification, and rollback plans. My boutique growth agency, Ballistic Media Group, is the commercial vehicle for that work, helping organizations become chosen, not simply found.

Outside of work, I'm a devoted mother, "Mimi" to three amazing grandkids, and a lifelong animal lover with a soft spot for rescues and rodeos. After 38 years of marriage, my greatest accomplishment is still my family. That same dedication and loyalty drive everything I do.
