Reporting directly to Sean Trimble, COO of Acro Service Corporation, he will spearhead strategic initiatives, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the company's overall success.

Heinrich brings extensive experience to Acro. During his eight years at Prosum Inc., where he served as President, he executed corporate strategies that drove revenue growth, enhanced client diversification, and improved employee retention. His leadership included overseeing sales and recruiting teams in the Phoenix and Denver markets, while carrying full P&L responsibility. Before Prosum, Heinrich was a Market Vice President at Kforce, where he hired and managed teams to maximize productivity and established performance goals for each department. His strategic approach to talent management and business process optimization demonstrated his ability to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
